Our Vision: The "New Nigeria"
A New Nigeria is possible when young people are heard, prepared, and empowered to lead.
The Saint Agomeze Empowerment Foundation (SAEF) has established a reputation for high-impact, grassroots outreaches that blend humanitarian aid with systemic advocacy. Their work is characterized by a “hands-on” approach, focusing heavily on the incarcerated and the “Gen Z” demographic.
The Saint Agomeze Empowerment Foundation (SAEF) is a prominent Nigerian non-profit organization focused on social reform, youth leadership, and humanitarian advocacy. Founded by entrepreneur and youth development expert Agomeze Saint Chukwuemeka, the foundation serves as a bridge between marginalized individuals and the opportunities they need to rebuild their lives.

We believe that every individual—regardless of their past or current circumstances—has the potential to contribute meaningfully to a “New Nigeria.”
Our Vision
We envision a society where justice is accessible to all, and where the youth are not just participants but leaders in every sector—from tech and innovation to politics and community development.uild a New Nigeria led by informed, empowered, and purpose-driven young people.
What We Do
The foundation operates at the intersection of humanitarian aid and systemic reform, focusing on three core pillars:
Prison Outreach & Rehabilitation: A signature initiative of the foundation is its work within correctional facilities (notably the Ikoyi Prison outreaches). We provide legal assistance to those wrongfully detained, facilitate the release of inmates, and offer rehabilitation programs that focus on character building and mindset shifts.
Youth Leadership (GiNN): Through the GenZ Involvement in a New Nigeria (GiNN) initiative, the foundation mobilizes young Nigerians to take ownership of the country’s future. This platform focuses on education, entrepreneurship, governance, and technology.
Skills Acquisition & Workforce Integration: Leveraging the expertise of its founder, the foundation equips underserved individuals with job-ready skills to ensure they are self-reliant and employable upon reintegrating into society.
