Our Previous Events
While most Nigerians were celebrating the nation’s 64th Independence Day with parades and festivities, the Saint Agomeze Empowerment Foundation (SAEF) chose a different path—one of compassion, reform, and second chances. On October 1st, 2024, the foundation, led by its visionary convener Agomeze Saint Chukwuemeka, visited the Ikoyi Correctional Center to remind those behind bars that they are not forgotten.
In the journey to build a “New Nigeria,” no one can be left behind—not even those behind the high walls of the Kirikiri Maximum Security Prison. As part of its long-standing commitment to social reform and youth development, the Saint Agomeze Empowerment Foundation (SAEF) conducted a historic outreach to one of Nigeria’s most well-known correctional facilities.
For the foundation, Kirikiri was not just a destination for charity; it was a place for reigniting hope.
In a society where “culture” is often used as a shield for silence and victim-blaming, the Saint Agomeze Empowerment Foundation (SAEF) is raising a different kind of shield—one of protection, advocacy, and justice. Our “Say NO to Rape” campaign is not just a slogan; it is a call for a total mindset shift across Nigeria.
